The BSB60420 Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management is designed to help students plan, execute, and evaluate their work and the work of a team. Students will learn to apply specialised skills, knowledge, and experience in leadership and management practises to a variety of enterprises and industries.
Students will learn the ins and outs of leadership and management through initiative, judgement, and accountability. Students will gain fantastic communication and conceptual skills, giving them the ability to communicate with a wide range of personnel, express their ideas, and respond to difficult situations in the workplace.
Entry to this qualification is limited to those who:
Have completed a Diploma or Advanced Diploma from the BSB Training Package (current or superseded equivalent versions).
or
Have two years of equivalent full-time relevant workplace experience in an operational or leadership role in an enterprise.

Recognition of Prior Learning
Students may be eligible to apply for recognition of their chosen qualification by providing evidence of their previous training, employment experience or other life skills that meet qualification requirements. Successful applications may result in reduced training time.
Credit Transfer
Students may be eligible to apply for credit transfer. This is where you can provide evidence of previous studies where there is equivalence to the units of competency within the course. (Please refer to the student handbook).

Students to Review, Process and Accept
Review your letter of offer to ensure course fees, duration, payment and other relevant details are stated correctly. After duly filling out the enrolment form the student is required to pay the tuition fee. Return signed acceptance of the offer.
The Class Details are shared with the student
After the process is completed, we share with the students all the relevant information in terms of class commencement, schedule etc.
