Eligibility Criteria:

  • Live or work in NSW (or meet an approved border-area requirement).
  • Be at least 15 years old.
  • No longer be at school (except approved home-schooled students).
  • Be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident, New Zealand Citizen, eligible humanitarian visa holder or eligible partner visa holder with a humanitarian sponsor.
  • Hold a valid USI.
