Our CHC43121 Certificate IV in Disability Support will provide you with a nationally recognised qualification that is highly regarded within the sector. This course will prepare you for work as a direct care worker, or supervisor, helping and supporting clients so that they can reach their full potential.
2025-2028 Career Boost (General Training) is managed by the Department of Trade, Employment and Training (DTET).

To access a subsidised training place under Career Boost, a student must meet the following criteria:
Student must already hold the Certificate III in Individual Support (or superseded qualification) and be an Existing Worker in the Disability industry sector, which includes parents and unpaid carers of NDIS participants.
This fee can be paid by an employer, a family member, a friend, or another organisation, but it cannot be paid or waived. The fee amount represents the total costs to the student for the qualification, including materials costs.
