The training programme that makes you ready to work safely in the construction sector. It is also referred to as the White Card Course. This course provides the essential skills and knowledge needed to:

Understand your legal responsibilities under Work Health and Safety (WHS) laws
Develop safe work practices on site

Entry Requirements

There is no specific prerequisite for this course, but it is strongly advised that participants have foundational skills such as language, literacy, and numeracy, which are essential to meet the performance criteria.

Age Requirement: You must be 18 years or above.
Identification: You are required to provide a valid photo ID.
Verbal Communication: Ability to make an accurate verbal report in response to workplace incidents or emergencies.
Physical Capacity: You must be able to demonstrate the correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and participate in practical assessments. Reasonable adjustments must not compromise the integrity of the unit.
